Job Description

Clean the offices and production area at the start of the day. Keep and maintain the cleanliness of office equipment, kitchen/pantry and the toilet. Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toilet supplies at all times (i.e. soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, etc). Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and managers. Helping the Receptionist, Secretaries, or Other Administrative Assistants in performing their duties. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
