An established law firm in Dubai is looking for a Junior Associate with at least 2 years working experience in Corporate and Commercial Laws, to wit:
– Draft, review and amend legal notice, legal opinion, and various contracts such as merchant agreement, employment contract, SPA, POA, letter of engagements, etc.
– Assist in incorporating companies in different jurisdictions, i.e. DMCC, JAFZA and DED, by preparing the required documents and submitting it to the concerned authorities.
– Handle legal due diligence audits for corporate mergers and acquisitions.
– Assist in restructure, liquidation and amendment of companies in different jurisdictions in UAE.
– Translate legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
– Do research and write briefs on laws, decrees, and court judgements.
– Perform other duties assigned or required from time to time.

– Proficient in MS Office applications
– Fluent in oral and written communications in English and Arabic
– Strong interpersonal skills
