e are looking for a Male/Female Receptionist/ Office Assistant with at least 2-3 years of experience in Construction / Consultancy Company.
Attend and answering phone calls in a pleasing manner;
Should have good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Arrange and monitor the incoming and outgoing documents in the office.
Proven relevant administrative support experience.
Clerical Support such as, photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues or whenever required.
Ensuring availability of office stationery.
Keeping the reception, guest pantry and meeting room organized and tidy.
Serving guests beverages when required.
Ability to learn new document and project coordination skills
