We are seeking for Customer service/Telesales Call; 056-8430715//056-8749406 · HE/She should be good communicator, good looking, presentable. · Contribute to a thriving sales team with great customer services and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance. · Provides sales and customer service support through calling, emailing, live chatting, or instant messaging. · Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers, · Prioritize and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat, or instant message, · Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes. · Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records. · Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results. · Help customers register online and process their orders. · Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery. · Follow-up with callers on the complaint and/or question resolution status. |
