We are seeking for Waiter/waitress/Hostess Responsibilities and Duties – Advise on menu and products selections – Serve food and beverages – Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards – Order and maintain inventory of both chiller and non-chiller products – Describe and advise on patisseries selection – Describe menu items for customers – Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff – Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages – Address customers’ complaints or concerns – Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs – Balance cash and record sales – Provide customer service to assist clients/guests with special needs.
