Urgently hiring Do back-up preparation for daily consumption. Estimates stock needs, inventory, and other supplies from the suppliers. Report any operational risks or issues to the Kitchen Manager. Prepare, cook and present food quickly and make sure that it’s within the standard procedure set by the restaurant. Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times.
