This role will support the operations department in the day-to-day tasks of supply chain activities.
General
Load and offload inventory from the delivery vehicle to the customer location with care in order to avoid damage.
Ability to use a variety of tools that may be required in the load and offloading of items.
Ability to work under pressure and over long periods.
Ensure consistent adherence to safety practices in order to minimize injury and avoid delays.
Complete all assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Provide assistance to contractors as needed.
Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a safe manner and items are organized and stacked neatly.
Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials.
Support the operations team where needed on various ad hoc items where they relate to normal business operations.
Ensure proper safety precautions are taken at all times including while loading and off-loading items.
