Job description Operational Takes order from the guests, relays the order to the kitchen and serves the food when ready. Assist in the restaurant cleaning in the morning or evening. Clean all service utensils before each service. Help in the restaurant set up. Assist on full table service with personalized touch. Changing ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service. Clearances of tables on an adequate matter and being vigilant to every guest needs Transport all dirty plates, glasses to the dish-washing area.
