Required Office Administrator for our sister company in Dubai. Contact: Job Description: · Keep basic knowledge of Manpower supply. · Providing introductory information to new customers. · Always maintain cleanliness of the front desk. · Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors, enquiries and calls receives. · Maintain the general office filing system. · Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as needed. · Customer feedback follow up and keeping records. · Support sales team, help with cold calls and lead generation. · Scheduling and prioritizing daily/monthly meeting schedule of General Manager. |
