· Giving complete information to all walk in customers & telephonic inquiries regarding our procedures & services · Providing friendly consultation to assist customers to select training programs as per their eligible needs · Checking and verifying the required Documents. · Enter the details in company software for computerized registrations · Handling special requests proposed by customers · Navigate the customers to other departments ensuring a hassle free service · Promote occupational health and safety within the organization · Switch off all the power consuming equipment and advise the below fellows to do so.
